Dry Ingredients:
handful of walnuts
handful of peanuts
2 Tbsp flax seeds
sprinkle of ground Allspice
sprinkle of ground Ginger
sprinkle of Cinnamon
3 Tbsp whey protein
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 1/4 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup uncooked rolled oats
1 row of chocolate candy bar broken into small bits
1 6 oz. pkg tropical trail mix

Wet Ingredients:
1/8 cup honey
1/8 cup molasses
1/3 cup coconut or peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 row of chocolate candy bar, broken up

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients together in a sauce pan.
Bring wet ingredients to a boil over medium heat; stirring constantly.
Pour hot mixture over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly using a rubber spatula or your hands.
Butter your hands, or use wax paper to help press the mix down into a dish for molding.
Cool 1 hour, cut into bars.
