Personal Notes:
These are easy to make but still very tasty! They're fun to make with friends; everyone can help shape the truffles and decorate them. I usually make them around Christmas time and add 1 to 2 tsp. of peppermint extract to the chocolate mixture before shaping it into balls, but I think these would be great all year! You could add any extract to the chocolate mix, or 1/4 cup of a liqueur for a slightly boozy treat.
