Ingredients:  
Simmer clams and lemon and butter 5-10 minutes:
2 cans minced clams with juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
¾ stick butter or margarine

Chop finely:
1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
½ green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Dash tabasco

½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
A few pieces of cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add chopped ingredients to clams and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with pieces of cheddar. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 20 - 30 minutes at 350º.
