Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2¼ cups butter
3 eggs
3 cups brown sugar
¾ cups molasses
6 ¾ cups flour
2 Tbsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, eggs, sugar and molasses. Add dry ingredients cup by cup to wet ingredients and
mix just until fully mixed. Dough may seem sticky, but don't be tempted to add more flour! this is what makes them chewy and oh so good. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour. Heat oven to 375º. Roll balls of dough into white sugar to coat completely, place on cookie sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes. The edges of the cookie should be SLIGHTLY browned. Don't over-cook!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Brittany and Chris are on a mission to re-introduce the values of kindness and accountability and to flip the script on traditional anti-bully messages. They do this through a social-emotional experience that begins in schools and ripples out into the community.
