1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
2 tbs cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into pie pan.
Combine oil and milk in measuring cup.
Whip with fork until thickened and creamy.
Immediately pour all at once over flour mixture.
Mix with fork until flour is completely dampened.
Press evenly and firmly with fingers to line bottom of pan.
Then press to line sides and partly cover rim.
To flute, pinch dough lightly with fingers.
Always use a low fluted edge.

For unbaked shell fill as desired and bake in hot oven at 400º

For baked shell, prick entire surface.
Bake at 425º 12 to 15 min
