3 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. quick rise yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 cup lukewarm water
tsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in mixing bowl and stir. Add vegetable oil and water. Mix together all ingredients. Knead by hand for 3 minutes; shape and put in bowl; cover and let rise till double in volume. Punch down and divide in 2 equal pieces and shape into round balls or leave in one piece for 16" pizza. Let dough rest for 4 minutes. Roll out approximately 12" or 16" in diameter. Spray pan lightly with vegetable oil cooking spray and wipe off excess. Place on pizza pan and let rise 10 to 15 minutes. Add sauce, toppings and cheese. Place on bottom rack in cold oven, turn oven to 500F and bake 17 to 20 minutes depending on the oven. Ideal baking time in test kitchen was 18 minutes.
