1 sleeve of soda crackers (preferably non-salted)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup chocolate chips (preferably semi-sweet)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF

Combine butter and brown sugar in pot over stove until thick and bubbling. This will be your caramel!

Cover baking tray with parchment paper and line with soda crackers. Pour caramel on top of crackers slowly. Bake for 8-10min (until brown and bubbling)

Take crackers + caramel out of the oven, let cool for 1min.

Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, and let sit for 1min.

Spread melted chocolate evenly across crackers with spatula.

Let bark cool completely, break into pieces.
