5 Pounds Potatoes(cooked and drained)
3 Cups Mayonnaise
2/3 Cup Mustard
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Pepper
3/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish (optional)
1 Small Onion (finally chopped-Optional)
1 Can Sliced Olives (optional)
18 Boiled Eggs (sliced-diced)

Sit cooked potatoes in refrigerator for potatoes to get firm.
Mix in large bowl all ingredients, add chilled potatoes to mix.
Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to chill.
