3-4 pounds spareribs
1 lemon thinly sliced
1 large onion thinly sliced
Basting sauce
1 cup catsup
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 dashes of Tabasco Sauce1
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Salt ribs, Place in roasting pan on rack.Meaty side up.Roast at 450 Degrees about 30 minutes. Drain excess fat from pan. Top each piece of ribs with slice of lemon and a slice of onion.

Basting sauce:Combine remains ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over ribs. Turn oven down to 350 degrees Bake 1 1/2 hours. Baste ribs every 15 minutes.

I love Pork ribs. I know their are messy eating but worth it. Just have wet towels and dry towel at the table.
