1 box (18 oz) spice cake mix
3 large eggs
1/3 corn or vegetable oil
1 jar (6 oz) pureed pears
2 medium bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cup halved walnuts, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray 2 9 X 5" loaf pans with Pam and lightly flour and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Beat until combined then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
Chop 1 cup of walnuts and stir into batter. Pour batter into prepared loaf pans.
Sprinkle remaining nuts over batter. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until bread is golden brown and
toothpick comes out clean from the center of loaf. Let cool in pans for 5 minutes then turn onto
wire racks to finish cooling.

These make great mini loaves for gift giving at holiday time.
