2 pkgs (16 oz) frozen white corn
8 oz (1/2 pint) whipping cream
8 oz milk
1 tsp salt
6 tsp sugar
pinch white pepper
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp flour
grated parmesan cheese, enough to cover top

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except last two in a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Separate out
3/4 of corn and puree until smooth. Return pureed corn to 1/4 remaining whole corn.
Blend butter with flour, add to corn. Mix well and remove from heat. Pour corn mixture into heat proof
casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Place under broiler until evenly browned.
Serve immediately.
