2 CLOVES OF GARLIC CHOPPED 1TEASPOON OF THYME
1 TBL SOON ON LEMON JUICE
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

ŠTOSS THE MUDHROOMS INTHE OIL SALT AND PEEPER
OLSCE ON S BAKING SHEETIN SINGLE LAYER AND ROAST IN PREHEATED 400F OVEN UNTIL THEY START TO CARANMELIZEABOUT 29 MINUTES MIXING HALFWAY THROUGH

COOK THE BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL IT STARTS TO TURN A NICE HAZE BROWN REMOVE FROM HEAT AND MIX GARLIC THYME AND LEMON JUICE TOSS THE ROASTED MUSHROOMSIN THE BROWN BUTTER AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER
