1 c. butter
½ c. powdered sugar
2 ¼ c. flour, sifted
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. additional powdered sugar for dusting (to roll in after baking)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, gradually beat in flour. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Refrigerate dough 3 hours. Shape dough into 1 in. balls about 1 in. apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375º until golden brown for 10-15 minutes. While they are warm, roll cookies into extra powdered sugar. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
