3 lb. chicken, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
Onion, minced (to taste)
12 corn tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (save broth), de-bone chicken and place chicken in a bowl. Dip the tortillas into the hot chicken broth until soft. Tear into fourths and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups, chili powder, and minced onion together in bowl. Take half of this mixture and place on tortillas, then layer with chicken pieces and cheese. Create another layer of mixture, chicken, then cheese last. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
