1 ½ inch thick steak
Steak seasoning (salt, pepper and/or Grill Mates Smokehouse Maple)

Directions:
Dry steak with paper towel and season both sides. On the stove in a cast iron pan, season pan with country crock margarine and then sear the steak for 4 ½ minutes each side, medium to low heat. If the steak is thick like filet mignon, sear on the sides as well. Place the cast iron pan in the oven at 300º for 4-5 minutes in cast iron. Cook until decided steak temperature. Remove the steak from the oven and wrap in aluminum foil for 4 minutes to rest.
