6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
3 tbsp. mayo
3 tbsp. mustard
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Once the hard-boiled eggs are chilled and peeled, cut them in half length wise. Scoop out the hardened yolk and put into a bowl. Place egg on a serving tray. Mix mayo and mustard with the yolk of the egg. Spoon the mixture back into the egg, sprinkle with paprika.
