Whole Beef Tenderloin trimmed
Salt & Pepper
Butter or Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
1/2 hour before cooking:
Rinse and Dry, Rub with Butter or Olive Oil...Salt and Pepper all around...place on Sheet pan and Roast uncovered for 25-28 minutes...Remove from oven and cover with foil and let rest for 20 Minutes...the best you'll ever eat! I also add some garlic to my rub.
