equal amounts of lean pork and med/lean beef
Day old bread or bun
Milk for soaking bread
Egg (optional)
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak bread in milk. When milk is absorbed, squeeze the bread (not too dry)

2. Mix the ground meat together in a bowl.

3. Mix the meat together with the soaked bread, spices and egg if needed.. Do not over mix as this will toughen the meat.

4. Form into meatballs. Fry until they have colour on both sides.

5. Continue simmering the meatballs in tomato sauce.
