1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed, divided
Semi-sweet or white chocolate baking chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese and 3 cups cookie crumbs until well blended.
2. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls.
3. Dip in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie
crumbs, optional.
4. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
**When melting the baking chips for coating you can shave some food grade paraffin into it to make
a better dipping consistency.
