4 lbs. pork butt or shoulder roast
2 large onions, chopped
2 cans 7-up or sprite
2 cups favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place one of the onion chunks on the bottom of the crockpot. Put the roast on the top of the onion chunk and spread the other onion on top. Pour in 7-up or sprite. Cover and cook on low heat 10-12 hours (no peeking). Remove the roast, discard the liquid but save the onions. Pull the pork apart using 2 forks (it should fall apart). Put the meat and onions in a pot on the stove, add the BBQ sauce and cook on medium for hour. Serve on crusty buns.
