1 Large Egg White
4 Cups Pecan Halves
½ Cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ Cup Water
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
Canola Oil Spray

Needed: Slow Cooker/Crockpot, wax paper

Directions:
1. In medium bowl, add egg white & vanilla together, whisk until frothy, 1-2 minutes (lots of frothy little bubbles)
2. Add pecans, mix well.
3. Add in sugar, brown sugar, & cinnamon - mix well.
4. Spray inside of crock pot with canola oil spray
5. Add the pecan mixture to the slow cooker on low for 3 hours. Stir every hour and when the nuts are half an hour away from done -pour in the water and stir one final time
6. To insure crispy exteriors, spread the nuts out on a baking sheet to cool
