1 Cup Margarine
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
2 Eggs
2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Margarine, sugars and vanilla, beat in eggs.
Gradually adding ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spread into a greased baking pan 15 1/4" X 10 1/4" X 3/4".
Bake at 375* for 20 minutes.
Cool, cut into 2" squares.
