2 Cups Flour
3 Egg Yolks
1 Egg
2 tsp. Salt
¼ - ½ Cup Water

Other Items Needed:
Rolling Pin
Pizza Cutter
Large Clean Surface

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix Salt and Flour. Make a well in the mix & put the eggs in it. Mix with your hands!
2. Add in about 1 tsp of water at a time until you can knead the dough
3. Separate the Dough into fourths
4. Use a rolling pin to flatten out the dough as best you can. Put extra flour on your counter top and rolling pin to help the dough not stick
5. Use pizza cutter to cut the noodles about a half inch wide and 2-3 inches long
6. Cook until done
