2 lbs ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can (16 oz) chopped tomatoes
1 small can tomato sauce plus a can of water
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 cups macaroni or noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in a large skillet, add onion, celery and bell pepper. Cook until veggies are tender,
stirring often. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and water. Stir to mix well. Add all the spices and seasoning.
Stir well and cook about 8 minutes. Add macaroni or noodles and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
