1 pint cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 handful fresh basil, chopped
4 oz. log of goat cheese
olive oil to taste
balsamic vinegar to taste
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix tomatoes, basil, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Tomatoes and basil should be well dressed, but not swimming in liquid. Mixture should be relatively thick. Spread over goat cheese and serve with crackers or small round toasted bread.
