1 cup Roger's golden brown sugar
1 cup Roger's golden syrup
½ cup light cream
2 tbsps. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together except vanilla and bring to a gentle boil (this is the key in making the sauce). Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Add vanilla. Makes 2½ cups.
