1 cup finely diced cooked chicken
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced
1/2 medium green pepper, finely diced
3 Tbsp finely diced onion
3 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
