Aidan's Family Meatloaf Recipe

1 lb. lean ground beef
4 oz. tomato sauce
2 organic eggs
tsp. red pepper flakes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. Quick Quaker Oats
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. fresh basil
salt and pepper

For Topping:
chili sauce (such as Heinz)

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Grease oven-proof baking loaf dish. Put meatloaf into dish and shape.

Cook meatloaf at 350 for a minimum of one hour, 15 minutes. Add chili sauce topping in the last 15 minutes. Let meatloaf rest and cool before slicing.
