4C Shredded zucchini
8oz shredded swiss cheese
4 eggs
1C Bisquick
1/4C salad oil
1/2 tea salt
1/2 tea Italian seasoning

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, Pour into greased 9" pie plate. (after greasing pie plate sprinkle Italian bread crumbs) Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and center is set.
