1 15-oz can Hunt's chunky tomato sauce
1 10¾-oz can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp dried onion
½ cup sliced mushrooms, drained
1½ cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 tsp dried parsley
¼ tsp black pepper
3 cups hot cooked elbow macaroni, rinsed and drained (usually about 2 cups uncooked)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine tomato sauce, mushroom soup, onion flakes, and mushrooms. Stir in cheddar cheese, parsley flakes, and black pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until cheese melts. Add macaroni and mix well to combine. Lower heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Note: Can add ground beef to add protein to meal.
