1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
pepper
1 tsp mustard
2 eggs, well beaten
1 cup Miracle Whip
4 cups peeled, cooked, diced potatoes
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped cucumbers
1 Tbsp minced onion
1 Tbsp chopped bell pepper
3 - 4 sliced radishes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, water, sugar salt, pepper and mustard in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and gradually beat in eggs.
Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Remove from stove and beat in Miracle Whip
Toss together potatoes, hard boiled eggs, cucumbers, onion, bell pepper and radishes
Pour dressing on mixture and toss gently
Adjust seasonings if needed
The longer it is refrigerated the better it gets
