1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp grated orange peel
2 lg eggs whites, slightly beaten
1/4 c orange juice
2 c walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250

Combine sugar, cornstarch, spices and salt. Add peel. Blend egg whites and orange juice. Stir in nuts, coating thoroughly.
drain and ro;; in sugar mixture to coat well. Spread on a cookie sheet. Do not allow nuts to touch. Bake 20-25 minutes or until dry. Cool and stir in a covered container.
