3/4 Cups Balsamic Vinegar
2 Cups Olive Oil
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 Clove Garlic (chopped)
1 Small Onion (chopped)
1 Red Pepper (chopped)
2 Springs Parsley (stems removed and chopped)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, coarsely chop the garlic, onion, red pepper and parsley. Add vinegar, oil, and sugar; puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
