1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons olive oil
¼ Teaspoon cracked pepper
1 teaspoon minced ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar or bottle. Cover and shake well before using.

Marinate steak at least an hour before grilling, can be done the night before. I sometimes will marinate and freeze marinated meat, if I am doing a package and don't need to use all the steak for the meal.
