1 pkg, Sweet Italian Sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
10 Peppers Various Colors Sliced about 1"
2 large Onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 can Stewed tomoatoes (original or Italian)
Olive Oil to cook

Directions:
Directions:
In a large deep skillet brown the sausage and remove to a bowl. Add olive oil and cook peppers and onions till lightly golden over medium high heat Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add sausage back into the pan and add a can of stewed tomatoes. Cook until peppers are soft and sausage is cooked through roughly 40 minutes. Taste for seasoning and add salt and pepper to taste.

This recipe is easily doubled for parties. It freezes well. Mom made them for parties often. She would say "Tom likes them." or if it was a party for Drew, "Joe likes them."
