6 c. Rice Krispie cereal
1 stick unsalted butter, cut into pieces
½ c. dark brown sugar
¼ c. heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tsp. Maldon sea salt, plus more for sprinkling
10 oz. bag marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Spray an 8 x 8-inch pyrex dish with cooking spray. In a large non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Once melted, stir in the brown sugar, heavy cream and corn syrup. Cook until thick and syrupy, about seven minutes (reducing heat if necessary). Stir in the salt. Add marshmallows and cook on low until melted and combined. Put cereal in a large bowl. Add caramel/marshmallow mixture and combine.

Press into prepared pyrex dish and sprinkle lightly with more Maldon salt. Cool completely and cut into squares.
