1/2 c butter
1 c boiling water
1 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 eggs

Preheat oven to 425º
Combine butter and boiling water in a saucepan; keep over low heat until the butter melts.
add flour and salt at once and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Continue beating until smooth and satiny.Drop levelspoonfuols of mix onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 20-22 minutes. Cool on racks. Cut slice of top off and fill with chicken salad, replace top and serve warm.
