12-15 jalapeños, medium-sized
1 lb. Italian sausage
6 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Cook sausage and drain. Mix with both cheeses. Prep the peppers by slicing off top, cutting in half lengthwise and removing seeds and membranes. Fill the peppers with mixture and bake for 20 minutes (approximately). The longer you cook them, the less spicy they will be.
