6 medium potatoes--Yukon Gold or what you have on hand
6 large eggs
1 small onion
2 cups Miracle Whip

3 Tablespoons mustard
cup sugar
cup milk--enough to make mixture pudding- like.

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes and eggs in pan to boil for approximately 30 minutes. Cool before pealing eggs and potatoes.

Grate your onion in a large glass measuring bowl. Add vinegar and set aside while grating potatoes and eggs.

Alternate grating potato and egg in large bowl.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar with grated onion and vinegar; add milk enough to make it pudding- like.

Make a well in your potato and egg bowl and pour in your mixture.

Stir gently.
