1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 lb. box powdered sugar
8 ounces softened cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, 1 egg and butter.

Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Mix together 2 eggs, powdered sugar and cream cheese.

Pour over first layer in pan.

Bake 350º oven for 35- 40 minutes.
