4 c. boiling water
4 envelopes of Knox unflavored gelatin
3 small packages flavored jello

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together until well dissolved and pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Place in fridge and let it set until firm. Slice with a knife into desired sized squares.

These blocks are very firm so you can eat with your hands, and kids love them. Adults too! can make for holidays for a festive touch, using cherry and lime flavored jello for Christmas, grape and orange for Halloween, blueberry, watermelon, lemon for Easter, Etc.
