3 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. sugar
1 c. port wine
c. cold water
4 tsp. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, sugar, and port wine in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until cranberry skin pops. Combine water and cornstarch and stir into cranberry mixture. Bring to a boil and cook one minute, stirring constantly. (Can make ahead, refrigerate and reheat.) Makes 2 cups.
