Crust:
½ c. butter
1 c. flour
3 oz cream cheese

Filling:
¾ c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. Butter
1 c. pecans (pecan pieces work well or you can break up whole pecans)
¼ tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, then make one inch balls and put them in ungreased mini muffin tins. Press dough down and up against sides of cups to form a crust.

Mix together filling ingredients and place one spoonful in each little pie, (use mini-muffin tins). Bake at 375º for about 22 minutes. Makes two dozen.
