1 cup sugar
1/2 cups shortening
1 eggs
1 cup molasses
4 cup flour
2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp clove
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda in 1 cup hot water

Directions:

Mix all together. Drop by spoon on cookie sheet bake 8 min at 400 degree. Frost with cream frosting
