1 can (15 oz.) chick peas
1 clove garlic
1 stalk celery
1 green onion
2-3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. brown mustard
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Roughly chop the garlic, celery, and green onion.

2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse several times. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and pulse again, until the mixture is well-combined but still chunky.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on bread/toast with lettuce, tomato slices, and/or cheese if you like. Refrigerate any leftovers.
