Base:
1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup salted peanuts, chopped

Filling:
3 tbsps. corn syrup
3 tbsps. butter
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Glaze:
1 pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
⅓ cup salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine base ingredients and press in 8" x 8" baking pan. In a saucepan melt corn syrup and butter over medium heat. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Continue to boil over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened and light caramel in color. Cool for 5 minutes. Spread caramel over chocolate wafer base and chill for 20 minutes. Melt semi sweet chocolate chips and spread over caramel layer. Sprinkle with peanuts. Chill until set.
