2 lb. pork ribs (cut in 1 in. cubes)
1 - 1 lb. tomatillos Milpero
4 green onions with stems
3 medium garlic cloves
bunch of cilantro
Salt (to taste)
3 or 4 jalapeno or serrano chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Put ribs to cook in large sauce pan, add enough water to cover ribs, add salt. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 1 hours, until pork is tender. Peel tomatillos and boil them in water with jalapenos. Blend green onions with stems, garlic, and cilantro first, then continue to blend adding tomatillos and chilies. Take meat out of water and brown (this step is optional). Add blended ingredients to meat, let it simmer for a bit and then add the water that you boiled meat in, continue to simmer and add salt to taste.
