1 lb. brown ground beef
2 medium potatoes (diced into small cubes)
1 can tomato sauce and 2 cans water (+/-)
1 beef bouillon cube
Cumin (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Garlic (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the ground beef and add salt, pepper, and garlic (to taste). Add in potatoes and tomato sauce, bouillon, and cumin. Let simmer until most of the water is evaporated. Serve on flour or corn tortilla.
