cup butter
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp curry powder

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in a 2 quart casserole at high in the microwave for 1 minute or until melted. Stir in rice . Cook at high 2 3 minutes , or until rice is slightly browned. Stir and add remaining ingredients. Cover with a lid. Cook at high for 5-6 minutes and stir . Cook at medium 13 15 minutes or until rice is tender. Let stand, covered , 5 minutes.

Can double ingredients for more servings.
