1 8oz package cream cheese (softened)
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup toasted chopped pecans*

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese with crushed garlic and shape into a log or a ball. Place it on a sheet of parchment or wax paper. Put it in the freezer for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, softened butter and worcestershire sauce to make a creamy paste. Take the log out of the freezer and add the paste as if you were frosting a cake. Roll it in the chopped pecans, wrap in plastic and keep in the fridge until 30minutes before you serve it. Great with plain crackers, not flavoured.
